How long it takes to deliver an order?

It generally takes 6 to 8 business days to deliver an order.
If you have ordered from different sellers, each of your order will reach separately.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can text us on whatsapp before the order gets shipped or you can mail us. We will change the shipping address. Also, you can leave a note at the time of checkout or in the orders page.

Can I get next day delivery?

No we can’t guarantee as it totally depends on the various factors.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we do ship worldwide

What are the payment methods I can pay with?

You can with Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Paytm Wallet and Kartforest Wallet.

Do you have COD available?

COD is available. But it might not be available at your location. In such case we will call you before shipping an order.
Please check notice before ordering. Also, COD availability is subject to current situation in country.

Do you support International Payment Method?

We have Paypal, by which you can pay with. For international payment you should contact the customer care number or mail us at [email protected]

What if I need to return my order?

Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. You can return the product after informing customer care within 7 working days of purchase. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.

What if I received a defective item?

We check each and every order before shipping it to you.
In case you received a defective product we will arrange reverse pickup and ship you a fresh product, which is subject to availability of the item.
In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 7 working days from the day of delivery. Once we receive the product back in our office, we would issue store credits for the same value of the product. Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused.

Can I get my money back?

If you have received wrong or defective product you can always raise a complaint and we will ship a fresh one.
If you want your money back. We will refund it in your Kartforest Wallet which you can use for purchase anytime in the future.

What is Kartforest Wallet?

We have a wallet system just like paytm wallet. You can recharge your wallet and make a purchase anytime.

How can I recharge Wallet?

To recharge your wallet you have to go to your My Account page and there you will find My Wallet.
You can recharge your wallet using any payment method which we support. We charge 2% tax of recharge amount.

Can I get my money back from Wallet?

No, We don’t have withdraw facility as of now.

What is the benefit of using Wallet?

We have Refer & Earn program. Each time you refer a friend you get Rs. 50 in your wallet for each sign up. Also there are other benefits of instant refund and time to time offers
